A VA who can Design T Shirt logos, and list on eBay, Etsy, Website, and Amazon

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help me with the following.
- Must be able to create unique and new logos for T Shirts
- Must be able to show these designs on T Shirts
- Needs to be able to list on eBay, Etsy, Amazon and website
- Must know SEO
- Must be able to write in perfect English
- If possible can create basic websites.
- Number of hours will vary.
- Please only bid if you can do this work to a high standard.
