website redesign for marketing

I'm looking for an experienced and talented developer who can help with the redesign of my website. Specifically, I need to create a website that is conducive to effective marketing. I have some design preferences in mind and I can provide a link to my current website. We are a start up technology company. An NDA is likely required. Additionally, I'm not sure if I need to integrate any external services as part of the design but I will rely on the developer's expertise in this area.
