ui.vision script

I'm trying to create a script that will go to the AT&T fiber availability website key in an address Record the results to a CSV file. That way I can input thousands of addresses and automate the process of verifying whether fiber is available at the houses before sending sales teams. I have the script completely working except for the last part where it saves the results and I need help.
