turn some brochures in to flyers

I have 6 brochures that need to be edited slightly, they should all have a common last page. I am willing to consider moving from two solumn to single column format. attached are 2 of the brochures as pdf, then as word the revision and the last page. The last page should have 2 variations in the "footer" (this is the file bottom of the last page.pdf)
provide them for a final quote before copmmencement
