tshirt design

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can design a vintage style t-shirt for me, with no specific color palette in mind. I'm open to suggestions for the colors for it. The theme for the designs will all be centered around Tennessee. I will need 4 designs: a Memphis theme, Nashville theme, Chattanooga theme and Smoky Mountains theme. The t-shirts should be size S-4xl. Whoever is chosen for this project will need to have a good eye for design and a creative touch. I'm looking for someone who can create a unique and stylish t-shirt that I will be proud to wear.
