I am looking for a talented freelancer to develop an AI technology used for image recognition AND generation at an intermediate-advanced level. This AI-trained technology should be able to identify images and assign labels to them as well as generating (or in this specific case drawing) them from specific prompts. But I do not have a dataset available; instead, I need the freelancer to find or create one to train the AI system. I do not know what a dataset even is to be perfectly honest. Therefore, the freelancer should possess an in-depth understanding of AI training and the capability to work with various data sources as this project is anticipated to have high complexity.
