template design

Hi

Im looking to create a 12 page booklet with info about us and different products.
Im open to using a template and or different design ideas.

Attached a template as a design idea.
I usually print at vistaprint.ca so I would like a design as specified in the link below.

Once I have an idea of the design I can create content and choose the pictures for each section.

Let me know what you think something like this would cost.
