tech pack fortshirt

I am looking for someone to create a tech pack for a t-shirt design. The pack will need to include specific measurements such as shoulder width, sleeve length, chest circumference as well as details like neckline style, fabric composition, color, brand logo placement, button type, and collar style. I have no preference for the software used to create the tech pack, so the designer is welcome to use whatever they are most comfortable and familiar with. I do have a desired deadline of one week for the completion of the tech pack.
