tech pack for our sock design

We are looking for a freelancer with experience in designing tech packs to design a unique sock that fulfills both our aesthetic and functional needs. The desired material is a mixture of cotton and synthetic fabrics, and we expect the size range of the socks to be suitable for both adults and children. We have some design ideas in mind, though we are open to suggestions and would be happy to collaborate with the freelancer to create something truly special. We expect this project to include all the necessary technical details to turn an idea from concept to creation.
