social media creator and manager

I need social media posts designed and redesigned
2 hours of work per day to start, may be longer
Work in consistent time blocks that work with my schedule: ideally starting when you start in the morning
Professional skills in graphic design and Social Media account management and advising
Work quickly with design concepts I will provide for and improve them when possible
quick production of the posts--hopefully 6-10 an hour
Use Adobe Express, I will send links to the old posts, you redesign them in your account, and they remain in my account. You can use Canva if you have never used Adobe Express, but I prefer Adobe Express.
Reformat the posts for different social media accounts
Create social media posts ready to post
Edit videos
re-design some posts, and create new posts
log into Time Tracker every time when on a platform that has a time tracker
Get my approval of the work every 6 to 10 posts to start and possibly ongoing
Daily communication via an online platform
Save work to shared Dropbox files
Other design work as needed and agreed upon
Sign and date Intellectual Property Agreement before starting
quick response to messages, emails and other communication
