small Modern Home Layout Design

for basic plan out, I'm seeking a skilled lay out designer with a knack for modern aesthetics. The project involves designing a home layout with an open floor plan and large windows, 1 bedroom on main floor and 2 other on 2nd floor, two level living area, two car garage, no basement.
