Re-size our existing ad creative for specific new dimensions

We need to edit our existing ad (3 examples attached) to fit the two new dimensions for a new campaign (specifics also attached). I can give you the Adobe Illustrator files to work from so you have all of the elements in order to move them around as needed to fit the new dimensions.
It's straightforward, but this is URGENT -- it needs to be completed today, so please don't bid if you can't support that.
I'll need the deliverables both as the JPEG output the requirements state and also as an Adobe Illustrator file in case we need to make further modifications.
