simple company ORGCHART (3 tiers)

I'm looking for someone to create a simple, clean company ORGCHART that consists of three tiers. Each tier will include 6-10 employees and I need help creating design elements to represent each tier. I do not need help coming up with names for each tier, as I will provide my own, but I do need help structuring the ORGCHART.
