T-shirts design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a graphic designer to design 5 T-shirts with 5 different texts reffering to a few swing dances (old types of dance from the 30s).
The texts are:
1. One Big Apple a day keeps the doctor away ("Big Apple" is a jazz dance choreography - please Google it. The t-shirt could have a sketch of an apple with people being around, or the text could be inserted in an apple, etc)
2. Swinging in the rain (reference to "singing in the rain" - could have a pair of swing dancers dancing in the rain or something like that).
3. Lindy Hope (the name of the dance is "lindy hop", so it's a pun)
4. Balbo No. 5 (again pun, Balboa in a swing dance and the text is reffering to the song "Mambo No. 5" by Lou Bega)
5. Suzie Q - Suzie Q is a name of a jazz move. It's a pun since "Q" is pronounced like "queue". Hence the design could involve a few people who are standing in a queue and the text "Suzie Q". One of the silhouettes could portray a female - "Suzie".
The design should ideally be minimalistic, could have a retro vibe and do not need to be colorful. Monochrome, minimalistic and with taste for people who like to listen to jazz, dance swing, who are fond of vintage climate etc). Colours of the T-shirts are going to be: white, black, beige, navy blue and dark red/burgundy.
