T-shirt designer

We are a preschool that has a new t-shirt design each year. We are looking for a new design. Even though we are a preschool we don't need any school type things on the shirt. We are a nature based preschool, pretty granola (or hippy like). Attached are some of the past designs. They don't need to be as elaborate as those. They can be simpler and maybe focus more on the name. We are near the beach. Our classrooms are called Pinecones, Treetops, Footprints and Tidepools. We would like a max of 5 color, including black if black is necessary.
