T shirt design

I am looking for a designer to create a logo to be printed on a t-shirt. I am seeking the design to be done in a professional manner and printed on high quality cotton fabric. The design should be printed on both sides of the t-shirt. The logo should represent the brand that I am creating, with colors that reflect its personality. I have some ideas already in mind, but am open to any creative suggestions from the designer. The logo should also look great when printed in a small size. The ideal candidate for this project will have experience in creating stylish logos for t-shirts, and be able to provide the finished design in a vector format, as well as a recommendation for the best printer to produce it.
