T shirt design

I'm going to an event and want to make 3 - 4 t shirts, that are different from the merchandise. I know what I want. The designs involve taking images, mixing them and adding minimal text. Like the attached - keep Tintin, delete and replace background, and change wording. Could be 3, or 4 like this. I can do this but don't have time
