T shirt design

I need a t shirt design for my platoon t shirt. We are named the street Sharks and are in the 101st in Kentucky. I would like a little more add to it and make it special this will be a on a tan shirt and for the military so any military or weapons is fine. I would also to like to have an American flag on the right shoulder and a leader tori some where
