T-shirt design

I need a design made for a t-shirt. This is an outerwear clothing company specializing mainly in fishing wear. The design needs to be an american flag, in place of the stars in the flag i want my logo. I also want one of the stripes in the flag to be replaced with a fishing pole. The company name is DUB DIVE.
