T-shirt Designer Needed - Read full brief below (No AI bots, No Guesswork)
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I’m currently hiring multiple designers to test and potentially build long-term working relationships for ongoing t-shirt designs.
This is a paid test project. Please read this entire brief carefully before replying.
WHAT I WILL PROVIDE:
A rough AI mockup, photo reference, or a Temu-style inspiration tee
A clear slogan to use
Colour direction, layout notes, and reference elements
A print template if needed (e.g. Printful, Printify, Gelato)
NOTE: My reference image is not perfect or final. Your job is to recreate it faithfully, clean it up, align the text properly, polish it, and prepare it for printing. Do not add your own style. Do not reinterpret the message or layout. Do not go off-brand.
WHAT YOU MUST DELIVER:
PHASE 1 – FLAT MOCKUP ONLY (For approval first)
A clean, front-facing flat mockup of the design (no shirt photo mockups)
Show full layout: slogan, font choice, colour use, spacing, and alignment
JPG or PNG format for review
PHASE 2 – FINAL FILES (Only if approved)
Transparent PNG file for DTG print (4500 x 5400 px, 300 DPI)
All-over print version (PSD or PNG, approx. 8000 x 10000 px or full-bleed spec)
Files must match exact specs from my print provider
All final files must be upload-ready and accepted by printer without rejection
PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
€5–€8 for the approved flat mockup
If approved, +€10–€15 for the final print-ready files
Maximum payout per design: €15–€20
No payment will be released for final files unless the printer accepts them
DEADLINES:
Flat mockup must be delivered within 24–48 hours
Final files must be delivered within 24–48 hours after approval
If you need more time, say so. Do not disappear or ghost.
NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES:
Do not mark the job as complete until I confirm everything is approved and the print files work
Do not send final files without mockup approval
Do not change fonts, layout, or style beyond my instructions
Do not guess print specs — use my template or confirm the correct size with me
