T-shirt Design ( 3 versions) ASAP

I need front left pocket and image on back. I am looking for a quality creative design with quick turnaround.
I need 3 versions all similar. Design concepts include use of middle finger and words.
The artwork ownership and copyright will be owner the client.

front left pocket
middle finger image with words "fuck state" inside ( sample image shown with words fuck you)
back center :
middle finger with minimal knuckle artwork
below hand curved words " State"

version 2 :
front left pocket:

instead of "u" put heart with cutout of middle finger inside the heart. ( hand sketch)
Back:
same back as version 1

version 3:
left pocket :
words Fuck State
instead of "u" put heart with cutout of middle finger inside the heart. ( hand sketch)

back:
middle finger image with words " Fuck State" inside the finger . ( same artwork as left pocket version 1)
