T-shirt Design -- 2

I'm looking to get T-shirt design for my team. The overall theme that I have in mind is in the pictures, which expresses the team spirit and identity. I do have some ideas for the design elements, although I am open to any suggestions the designer could present. We are ultimately hoping to create 1-3 designs for our team decide the best. This will be used as a remember gift for our colleagues. Each t-shirt is gonna be named and numerated like in the pictures.
