T shirt Design

I need a T Shirt design for a summer tour. This is a motocross training academy that travels to train others. The dates are listed below as well as previous t shirt designs. It should have the same feel to them, but should be a different design. My budget is about $50. The other pictures are of t shirts that i designed and the owner said the front were a no go and the back was on the right track. I will give the actual logo files to the person who does the work. I would need this done in the by the week or sooner. Thanks in advance!
