T-shirt Design

I need a t-shirt design for merchandise that requires an existing design/logo with a size of medium (8"x8"). The end result should be a fully designed and developed t-shirt that is suitable for my business needs. I am looking for an experienced designer to be able to create an eye-catching t-shirt that stands out from the crowd. Someone who understands the creative process and knows how to combine creative and state-of-the-art techniques. This could be an original design or the use of existing elements from an existing design.
