T-shirt Border Design Modification

I require a freelancer to edit a T-shirt design for me. As you can see in the attached image, the T-shirt has a very visible border and this is something I do not want on my designs.
A possible solution is a halftone border that eases the image in from transparent to full colour. I quite like the look of this style. A simple fade out doesnt really work on DTG/DTF printing so maybe a halftone border is the best option. Please share your possible solutions and I will take them into account. I require a freelancer with some experience in this field as it is relatively new to me.
I have attached the image to show the current border around the image on a red shirt. I have also attached athe original image so feel free to work on it and send me your solution.
I currently have 20 images and all of their borders need amending, so please let me know your price-per-shirt. This is a long term venture so the right price and right quality of work will lead to consistent work being sent
