seeking graphic designer to modify an existing logo for screenprinting -- 2

Seeking a SKILLED graphic designer/illustrator to follow specific directions in augmenting an existing logo which will eventually be used in a screenprinting context. I'd like to be involved with check-ins throughout, ideally today. Deliverables include high resolution files (300 dpi or higher) of the final logo, as well as individual files separated by colour (two colours used total). Size 15"x21". Working files needed in case the printer needs to adjust later. Preferred formats for layer preparation: PSD, PDF, AI, JPEG or EPS. I have very clear guidelines. Project could be completed very quickly. Need someone who communicates really well in English and has an eye for detail.
