secretary remote instagram poster with graphic design

i want someone who can look at our restaurant and come up with a coohesive social media plan and post for us every day. Pictures have to planned in advance, but i want someone who can graphically design posts to be cohesive. to get this role, you have to have knowledge of both instagram and graphic design. I need good, corporate quality posts.

i will help this person in all aspects of their life so i want someone who is able to relocate to the US in the near future. i dont have a use for man instagrammer so please dont bother.
