In search of graphic design to help with business logo

Own a painting business and want to upgrade my business logo from my current design. Made the current design with my limited abilities in Microsoft paint haha. Therefore blowing up the image for shirts/apparel, it becomes pixilated. Always had an image in my head of the mountains having a river in the center that comes pours down onto the roller as of a river of paint…. But again my graphic design skills are very limited haha. Seeking help! Thanks!
