remove an address from a flyer already designed

I am looking for a freelancer who can remove an address from a flyer that has already been designed. The flyer is currently in JPEG/PNG format. I do not have a specific new address to replace the old one, I simply want it removed. I do not require any other edits on the flyer, just the address removal.
