pull together a book cover - I will supply the art

It's a paperback cover (not design, that's been done) just need it to be put in print ready format. Finished book size (200 pages) 14cm x 21.5 cm. Need back cover field to be grey/black tones. Also need spine sorted out.
Second file is what I'm hoping to achieve (though doesn't need black border depending on graphic cover saturation.
