publication design

I am looking for a publication design professional to create a blue book with specific design elements and themes targeted toward Corporate TG. I have a strong vision of the final outcome and will share this with the designer before they begin work on the project. I am looking for someone with a strong creative eye, a deep understanding of publication design, and the technical competency to bring my project to life.
