program a kids online game

I have a start-up company called The Partnershop. We are working on a project called Yardtowns. In this project, we do a hands-on component where we give each kid a template to build a house and once the house is built, a yard is added, and when those are finished, we push all of the yards together to create a town. I have attached a file of the book that is produced after every Yardtown is complete. I also have a 3D version of the town and a video of the town. I'd like to build a website where the kids can build a town online
