prepare a simple but classy corporate profile for a construction company

I have a company profile in DOCX format that needs to be redone completely in terms of design and text and re-positioning of images. It needs to be something very classy, chic and neat and appealing. the profile will be used for tender purposes. the logo of the company also needs to be redone. The text needs to be something that makes a reader want to read and be interested
