powerpoint deck

My project is a business proposal PowerPoint deck. It should further my business plan and help me effectively communicate my message. I have some brand guidelines that should be taken into account during the design process, although the designer is free to use their own creativity. The focus should be on professional presentation (but not corporate), style and impact. I'm looking for a designer who can make all of this shine and make it look seamless and visually appealing.
