To design a playful graphical cartoon mascot character to paint onto small tug boat.
The artist may use the sides, the rear and the chimney stack of the boat as the canvas.
The black boat is the boat to be painted.
The cabin walls will be restored to a varnish like finish should not be included as canvas. (Open to suggestions).
