pattern maker

Hello! I'm looking for a pattern maker that will be able to help me bring my designs to life. I'm looking for someone that can look at sketches and/or photographs and create a pattern for me to sew. I need designs that are to my measurements.

If you think you can help me out, I'd love to hear from you! I'm not familiar these kinds of jobs so I'm welcome to tweaking my budget.
