parking application wireframe design

I am looking for a wireframe designer who can help me create a basic layout for my parking application. The main goal of the application is to allow users to reserve and pay for parking spots. The wireframes will need to be designed for both iOS and Android platforms. I am looking for a low-fidelity design that includes a basic layout without any visual elements or interactivity. The ideal candidate should have experience designing wireframes for mobile applications and be proficient in using design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
