15 page flute book layout

You must have experience laying out books and designing book covers. This is not a logo or only graphic design job. It is about creating a book, laying out text, including photos that I will provide, diagrams that I will provide. The book must include an eye catching book cover. The subject matter of the books is a south American flute, the book will have a general description of the instrument and will include exercises for flute players. I plan also including photos of flutes in the book. I will need Adobe InDesign file to open in in my computer. I have CS.5.5 version. Must be willing to offer at least 2 proofs for the book cover so I can choose. Also open to suggestions on book layout.
