5 page Graphic Design Redesign of 5 Sample Layouts for 17"x11" Project Planning Document

I am working on designing different page styles for a template for a project planning document
The goal is to be able to list out the different materials and people working on a project as well as renderings of the project once completed in an orderly fashion. I have a few designs in mind for the right page (the left page is simple and does not need to be redesigned as it is a full-page photo). I would like to have them redesigned with the information I supply that fits into the categories on the example document. I will list out the tools, materials, people, and copy text after accepting a proposal. Your goal would then be to use that information to make a well designed booklet page similar to each of the layouts in the attached document.
Deliverables:
1 page in the same layout as the first right page (page 2 of pdf)
1 page in the same layout as the second right page (page 3 of pdf)
1 page in the same layout as the third right page (page 4 of pdf)
1 page in the same layout as the fourth right page (page 5 of pdf)
1 page in the same layout as the fifth right page (page 6 of pdf)
