I need a tshirt/hoodie designer

Our company caters to different clients by customising the clothes according to their requirements. We are looking for designers who can be available as the orders come in. This will not be very regular but you will be contacted when we need you. We are looking for designers who have a sound understanding of designs and colours, and also who are well aware of the trends in the market and obviously creativity.
