I need a tech pack designer for my clothing brand

I am starting a streetwear clothing line, with prints of my own illustrations on the garments. I have 5 designs and I need someone to create tech packs so I can present them to manufacturers in the UK. I have attached an example of the most basic garment I would like to create and the illustration that will be printed on the front.
