I need a tech pack designer

I'm wanting to create breastfeeding lounge wear. The jumper I would like to have designed is a relaxed fit, ribbed at neckline, bottom, and cuffs, with breasts as the zipper for boob access. I have attached photos of the style of jumper and the breasts for reference. I would like it to be a baby pink colour with black for the breasts/zipper, material cotton.
For the track pants I would like the same colour as the jumper with side pockets and 1 bum pocket ribbed at the top, pockets and cuffs with different boob icons all around (see pics)
