I need a tattoo designer -- 2

I would like to get a tattoo for my friend who passed. Some of my favorite memories of him were his jeep, his drive to be a navy seal and giving double thumbs up and smiling. I would like for the design for my tattoo to be an older fashioned jeep (2000-2005 era). With a seal in the drivers seat with a navy hat on. I would like the seal to be putting his flippers up and smiling in a way that resembles giving thumbs up. I am open to color and different dimensions. I don’t want the tattoo to be too large I would like for it to be a medium sized tattoo roughly 5 inches long and 2 tall. I am open to hints of color but would like for it to be mostly black and grey. His jeep was a dark blue. I would like for the jeep to be somewhat 3d if possible but am open to a discussion.
