I need a tattoo designer

I am looking for a shoulder tattoo. Overall I would like it to be more in the direction of strong line work where the shape is well defined, and in black and white colour. As for the design itself I am wanting a skeleton-like grim reaper, with a more saint-like orientation. This refers to its cloths, positioning/pose (hopefully the image provided of the saint tattoo can serve as reference to its orientation but in a more relaxed standing way or like the reaper in the image provided with a figure that looks down upon everything). It would have rays of light, ie lines coming from around its head. The way its arms are positioned should be done in a way that it is able to hold onto a scythe and/or scales (for example like lady justice holds a sword and scales). As for the body whether or not the figure wears a cloak or not I have yet to decide but would be happy to have any input from a professional. But the main thing I want is good and open communication between the designer and myself, so that we are able to create a tattoo that will both fit my criteria and work in a tattoo design sense.
