I need a tattoo designed.

This is complicated. So I feel like I’m looking for a very specific person because I don’t know where to begin. First off I’m looking for my first tattoo. I’ve always wanted one but always wanted it to mean something. I know what I want the meaning behind it to be but I have no idea how to visualize it.
