I need a sweatshirt designer

My future FIL has a construction business. We want to make him a few sweatshirts and possibly some hats. The only logo he has is a little blurry and for the life of me I can’t get it to unblur and don’t have the tools to trace it. We would like this logo either big on the front of the sweatshirt or just the F and backwards F small in the left hand side and then the whole logo big on the back adding two numbers. Is there anyway you can help design this?
