I need someone to design/edit a pdf for my small business so that I can send it out to potential customers to draw in attention and market my content

As a small business owner, I want to generate more attention and reach potential customers by creating a professional PDF to market my services. The PDF will be used for marketing purposes, and will be tailored specifically to promote the services my business offers. I am not looking for any particular design elements in this project, and am instead open to the designer's creativity. I am confident that with the right design and marketing strategy, this PDF will be an effective promotional tool for my small business. Background knowledge in whiskey/the spirits industry is a plus as I am targeting wine and whiskey investment companies. Needs to be professional. I would like to have a logo developed for my business as well, and then brand all the material to match it. I am also looking for even more content creation if this initial project is done well.
