I need a social media marketing expert

We are a brand new Arizona nonprofit and public charity with a very compelling mission to improve the Quality of Life for people who suffer with severe chronic pain. We have had a logo designed and the designer is now doing various branding products such as business cards; we are working with a nonprofit website design specialist on creating a dynamite website; and we want to leverage those designs and any others that make sense into a Social Media Marketing strategy and fulfillment. Our goal is to provide education and outreach to various audiences, most especially patients and their caregivers, to empower them to advocate more effectively for excellence in individualized and compassionate care, and to attract and administer charitable contributions from the general public (with the same vendor that will provide the same service on our new website). We need to work with someone who will work with us especially in the early stages since we have very little cash and no current revenue. We also need someone who will patiently teach us about Social Media Marketing and all of the ways in which it can be utilized to promote the achievement of our mission.
