I need a t-shirt designer

I need someone to come up with a cool logo for our local fire department. I have attached the last logo used on hats, shirts, and sweaters. They loved this design but want to see some new logos or a revamped logo. Use the same words as what is in the logo. Ensure colours can be changed if needed. Would like to see hat and sweater proofs.
