I need a T shirt Graphic Designer

I'm in need of a Graphic Designer to design a logo for me for various merchandise. I am a professional wrestler on the weekends and need a logo for my attire. The color schemes I use revolve around black and dark blue. If possible, I'd like something that uses the G.I Joe Commander Cobra logo as inspiration. I'd like a focus on a snake like features to go with my gimmick. I have attached images to help get a feel for the colors and logo I currently use as well as the logo I'd like to be used as inspiration. The final image will be used on T shirts and other merchandise, and I must own the rights to the image since it will be used for monetary purposes.
